Milk Pear Bowl / Inhambanella henriquesii

£32.00
DESCRIPTION

This elegantly minimalist bowl is made from responsibly sourced Milk Pear wood from Sub-Saharan Africa, and finished with our favourite wax combination. This is an exceptionally beautiful wood and we were lucky to acquire it as a one-off from our sustainable supplier. It has a real density and weight, feeling almost stone-like in the hand.

The density of this wood caused it to crack while drying. However, we have stabilized these cracks and they should cause no future problems.

We recommend against using this bowl for food but it is suitable for displaying fruit, wrapped sweets, and trinkets.

Unless otherwise stated, all our items are one-of-a-kind.

DETAILS
  • Milk Pear Bowl - Inhambanella henriquesii

  • Clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly

  • 140mm x 50mm

  • Ref: 149
